7905g ip phone and sip

my 7905 ip phone needs the latest firmware yet i am unable to get a tac or a partner to get it for me i am stuck can some one help

yes this version works ok 7905 to 7905

i do have issues with me not being able to hear the caller if they call from a landline or mobile or the caller no hearing me if i call a one of our other sip phones
