Unity 7.0 error This message is no longer available

Getting an error for 1 user in Unity 7.0 the can login to their voicemail account and get told they have 1 new message.


When it tries to retrieve the message they get the error "this message is no longer available"


Same error when accessing it from another handset.


Have deleted and recreated but still getting the same error


Notes mail client have replace design still no joy


Any suggestions would be appreciated

For that particular mailbox, please check this setting on Domino-


The attachments must be saved in "sender's format."
