I want to know if I can limit the bandwidth to a PC that's connected via a VoIP phone.
For example: The 4510 switch port is 10/100/1000. I want to limit the PC to a max of 100meg, and leave the rest for voice traffic. Can this be done in the phone configuration on a 7965 for instance? Or would I have to do it on the switch.
This is in the design phase so any suggestions/examples are greatly apprecitated!

You would need to do this on the switch. The QoS SRND talks about LAN QoS and recommended configurations.

No problem. I'll spare you the reading and give you the the answers/exact config now in exchange for a new CBR1000RR though. :)
