Outbound Preview Callback assigned to certain Agent.

Im using the Outbound Preview Dialer with UCCX7 and I have a question.

Would it be possible to assign a callback to a certain agent? Sometimes the customers wanna talk to the same guy who called them before.

Wanna know if with the current UCCX7 features I could do that.

Personal callbacks are scheduled through the Agent Desktop. During a call, or when a call is in wrap-up mode, an agent can click the Callback button and enter a date and time for the callback. If the personal callback feature is enabled, the callback is scheduled for this particular agent at either the same customer phone number or a different customer phone number entered at the desktop.
