Hi Friends

I have 15 APs Aironet 1310 on the network and I wish to purchase a wireless LAN controller to manage a new wireless mesh network that will be implemented, however we also integrate the existing Access Point 1310. It is possible that my current Access Point 1310 can be changed in its mode of operation o Lightweight AP?

The current version of IOS is:

System Software Version: 12.4 (10b) JA

Bootloader Version: 12.3 (2) JA3

I thank you infinitely for your help.

Marcelo

Hi Marcelo,

You can convert the AP from Autonomous to LWAP using the Conversion Tool. 1310 is supported.
