Hi i recently had a new UC520 system installed and my installer is having a terrible time (as am i) getting teleworker installed. i have opened numerous tickets with Cisco and its seems no one has the complete answer. Does anyone have any detailed information to set this up ? Can this be done via a GUI ? any information would be appreciated.

Forget the GUI, professional configuration is done with CLI exclusively.
Key to success is having a proper VPN setup.

To be honest with you, documentation is a bit confusing, because there are hundreds different ways to configure a VPN including certain cases in which a non-cisco VPN is used.
In any case, once you have the VPN 100% working, then it's just a matter of installing IPCP on a PC and registering as a ephone into CME.
You can also consider hiring a professional for the VPN job that is crucial.
