Multicast on 6509-E

Hi,

I have connected a mulitcast source to one switch port my 6509-E and connected a client to the same switch same vlan port. I am not getting any single multicast stream on my client... Server is sending multicast stream and confirmed with sniffers

is it IOS issue ?

If IGMP snooping active? If so, does client request the correct multicast stream? Is there a IGMP querier on the segment?

Yes the issue was IGMP Snoop default behaviour. It was enabled by default and there was no qurier on the segment. I am not able to make the switch as a qurier (might be image problem) once I removed ip igmp snooping, the Multicast stream is reaching every where....
