POE switch for the LWAPP1142N

what poe switches will handle power requirements for the LWAPP1142N and not need any type of external power injector?

Yes, any 802.3af compliant switch will power the AP but to get full throughput you would want the AP connected to a gigabit switchport.

the 1142 only needs the 15.4W under the 802.3af spec.

so any standard poe switch will work, but to get the full benefits of N, you would want a 10/100/1000 to the ap, right?
