CCM 4.1(3) with CRS 4.0(4)
I have a single agent defined on a CSQ, the agent is in ready mode but as soon as a call goes into the queue the agent is set to Not-Ready mode, the call is keep on the queue and if the agent tries to go to Ready mode, it is set again to Not-Ready immediately. It may be related to CSS/Partitions between the CCM and the CRS system??

Try creating a new agent and see if you get both agents logged in ready and what happens. Obviously chec the logs prior to get some pointer.

I found the root of this problem. It was related to CSS at the CUCM, some of the JTAPI-DNs didn't have the right CCS to reach out the agent DN. Please verify that all your JTAPI-DNs have the right CSS where the Agents can be reached.
