I was reading the data sheet on the 5508 WLCs and was curious about this statement:
"Service Port : 10/100/1000 Mbps Ethernet (RJ45) For High Availability for future use"
Is this a future design feature so that the 5508s share a common backbone, similar to how HSRP is incorporated?

Service Port is exclusively for out-of-band-management.

I am interested in the part of the sentence that states "High Availability."
I own a pair of these controllers and need to know if in the future I can set them up to take advantage of this feature.
