On the Cisco CAD, users are able to input digits using the upper keys for figures 0-9 from their pc keyboard and then dial, but users can not use the actual key pad on the CAD? Nothing appears?

There was a bug on this. What version of CAD do you have?

If this is the bug you refer to do you know what version should be rolled out.

Actually I don't think this is has ever worked, for example for CTIOS you have to write that code in.
