Unable to Monitor and Intervention from Supervisor Desktop

Hi guys, I am unable to do "Monitor and Intervention" from Supervisor Desktop.


I dont see any error when I start the Intervention but I cannot hear anything... (oh the speakers are turned on and volume is fine, in case if you are wondering)


I have ensured that both Agents and Supervisors are logged in the same Queue, but still no joy.


I can see that Agents in supervisor desktop when they are in Read/Not ready state, but I can't seem to Intervene/Monitor them.


Please advise what could be the issue?

-General idea of the topology between the agent, CC servers, and supervisor


CAD/CSD monitoring and recording has been covered many times on this forum. I would suggest starting with a search.

disable g722 on each of the phone involved in monitoring (ext. supervisor and agent) in the device configuration page of ccm. and try again.
