Hi guys, I am unable to do "Monitor and Intervention" from Supervisor Desktop.
I dont see any error when I start the Intervention but I cannot hear anything... (oh the speakers are turned on and volume is fine, in case if you are wondering)
I have ensured that both Agents and Supervisors are logged in the same Queue, but still no joy.
I can see that Agents in supervisor desktop when they are in Read/Not ready state, but I can't seem to Intervene/Monitor them.
Please advise what could be the issue?
