AutoAttendant - Not using AfterHours Greeting

Using CA 2.0.1, Unity Express 7.0.3.

I have greetings for both Day & After Hours. Doublechecking the schedule & time.  Still uses day greeting only.

I double checked time.


I have this problem too.

What IOS are you using? Are you using software pack 7.1.X? If so, can you try to point your CUE module to an external NTP server instead of the UC500? We have a known issue with NTP synchronization and you could be facing it.

I am using the 7.1.

When I looked at clock on the CUE, it was off by 4 hrs.

So I changed its ntp server to be from the Internet.  It's getting the correct time now.

OK, glad that helped. The other alternative would have been to get you an updated IOS, but it would have been an engineering image. Better to wait for the official manufacturing package with the fix.
