Even though I'm in the field of cisco call manager field for 1 year, I'm new to contact center. So please help me to find the proper Resource for contact center for selfstudy. You guys here, are the experts so please help me.

Is there any big deference between Contact Center Express and Enterprise. I thought both basically the same.

Actually I need resource for "Contact Center Express" for self study, please help me. Our client needs Contact Center Express.

First their is a huge difference between Enterprise and Express. You should start by reading the datasheets to know these differences.
