Hello,
When I tried to upgrade DFM form 3.1.0 to 3.1.3 on a win-2003-srv (IBM machine),
I had an Error message :
"file are used by another process:libeay32.dll" and "ssleay32.dll"
- Then I hit cancel.
- I renamed the Libeay32.dll and ssleay32.dll
- I restart windows and did the upgrade again.
Is it the good way to overide the pb ?
- Then I had another pb:
The upgrade stopped during installation because there was not enough space on my C drive.
This was because the Upgrade copy a lot of files in my "C:\doc and setting\temp\ directory.
Allthough lms was on D (100 Giga free and swap space on C and D)
So prerequisites where OK !
Thanks in advance for you reply.
Michel.

First, revert the renaming of libeay32.dll and slleay32.dll. Next, set the CiscoWorks Daemon Manager service to Manual start in the Services control panel. Reboot.
The upgrade should now work.
We require space in the TEMP directory (usually on C: to do the upgrade). If there is not enough space there, the upgrade will fail. Either set TEMP and TMP to point to paths on a different drive, or free up more space on C:.

Thanks for your reply, but I am not a windows expert.
How can I setup windows to point another drive ? By default it is :
C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Local Settings\temp

Go to the System control panel, Advanced, and click the Environment Variables button to change the values.
