Cisco UCM 5: CDR reports has stopped working?

This is a strange issue and need guidance on how I can troubleshoot this issue.

I enabled CDR Analysis and Reporting capabilities on Cisco UCM 5.1.

It has collected call details and reports like seeing call activity for a particular directory number for over a year.

Now it won't generate any new reports.

It generates "Error Code: 10021 - There are no matching records"

I haven't logged in for 3 months, so I don't know what the issue could be.

Is there something I can do and look at to fix this problem?

We'll need CAR scheduler logs to troubleshoot.

Hi,

I had this issue last week, it was caused by too many CDR's.

You can check CAR -> System -> Database -> Manual Purge -> Table information.

If you count all these, you should not exceed 2 million records.

I did exceed this and altered the System -> Database Automatic Purge -> Min Age, which solved the issue.
