Hi Friends,

We have installed CCM 6.1.2 in a centralized mode...We have 6 Branches that is connected via MPLS with Minimum of 2 MBPS of Link..

In All 7 Places (including the DC where CCM cluster is installed) we have created 7 Device Pool, 7 Region, 7 Location, 7 CSS...

The Problem i am facing is: In a Branch, if i want to do conference within internally/externally it doesn't work..We have created IOS Enhanced Conference Bride, MTP & Transcorder as well for all the branches & all are registered in the CCM..

Need your help in this....Attached the configuration for Voice Gategway, Trace Log from the CCM & Packet Capture from the Voice Gateway...

Have you assigned MRGL that has conference media resources to the phone device pool or phone?
