We have received some calls in regards to failing AsyncOS upgrades. If you try upgrading your Appliance and the upgrade does not complete, the following steps should help you out:
1) Try again later
=> Most of the time, upgrade issues are caused by network issues or load and trying again at a later time (preferably when the box is not seeing much traffic) will very often work.
2) Configure a local proxy to fetch the upgrade images via 'CLI - updateconfig'
=> On your WSA, just use the WSA itself as a proxy for upgrades. You might need to create a policy to bypass authentication.
If this does not help, please get in touch with Customer Support so that they can have a closer look at the issue and help you upgrading your Appliance.
