We are using ADSL connection for LAN use and sharing resources for Local office. But when we use IPsec VPN we are disconnecting from LAN making a conflict between LAN and VPN. When we have to print any document we have to disconnect the VPN. What are the possible solution to make it work workwround both together. The LAN adress is taking over by the VPN making it unable. What confiugration changes can help it work out

Rohandas, not to clear if I fully understand your requirements, please correct me otherwise. From your description you connect fine when VPNing in and access resources fine, but you do not have access to your local LAN resources,if this is the case the question would be do you know if the vpn gateway allows for local lan access?

If they don't allow local lan access that is most likely your problem, the VPN gateway is confgured as full tunnel VPN,which will not allow local lan access unless they are configured as such, if you could confirm they do you then will need to check off "allow local LAN" in yout vpn client configuration tabs.

Have a look here if using PIX/ASA as your vpn gateway for RA

If using router IOS for vpn RA gateway, you need to "include-local-lan" under the

crypto isakmp client configuration group
