CLI problem

Hye friends

I am using CCM 6 and UCCX 7. i am facing one problem in my call center that when any one calls me from outside on my call center, the CLI comes with zero for example the person number is 66405404 so this number comes like that on my CLI 066405404... can anyone help me how i slove this probelm. one more the this was working fine before just sudden this problem came.

What you call CLI is CLID and even more correctly ANI.

Now, you can check on the router with "debug isdn q931" and "term mon" what telco is sending.

If tehy are sending the 0, you can remove it on either router or CM with a translation rule.
