Unity Account disappear after re-install the Unity

Unanswered Question

Our customer using Unified messaging and assoicate to the customer AD and ex2003, after the Unity hardware damage, we reinstall the Unity and cannot import the user from unity. We think that the AD database was record the user that got voice mail before.

Any method to fixed it without impact the customer exchange?

You should mention if this is a Unity account or a regular subscriber.

I think it's a regular subscriber as you try to import it, if you don't see it as an option it might be because the Unity properties are still set.

Go to the Unity tools depot online and download the bunny killer, if the properties are set, remove them and retry to import.
