RTMT logs for Call Transfer

Unanswered Question

To all CUCM gurus,

My customer would like to know which logs of the CUCM RTMT contains the below activities?

· Call Forward All via CUCM Web by Administrator

· Transfer the call by Users

As for the Call Forward All, can my customer even see which Administrator account change the phone setting and at what time??

My customer is using CUCM 5.1.

For CFA you would need to look at tomcat traces and they need to be parsed in order to gather information you can probably get the time but not the admin (no guides on how to do this), it would be a little easier if you had 6.x or 7.x where role based monitoring is added. 7.1(2) has enhancements on this

For call transfer a regular CUCM detailed trace has the info, i'm assuming someone already knows how to read CUCM traces.
