Stuck 7920

One of our users' 7920 mobile won't reset properly. He switched it off and back on today and it gets stuck on the start-up screen "Cisco Systems". Trying to reset/restart the phone via Call Manager hasn't worked.

What can I do to correct this? Or is this a fault with the phone, requiring repairs.
