Inbound ANI not showing up

CUCM 6.13

2821 Voice Gateway using MGCP

All inbound Calls show up as "Unknown Number" on the phones.

Here is a debug isdn q931 that seems to show that telco is not providing ANI information:

*Aug 3 19:31:24.533: ISDN Se0/0/0:23 Q931: RX <- SETUP pd = 8 callref = 0x0096

Bearer Capability i = 0x8090A2

Standard = CCITT

Transfer Capability = Speech

Transfer Mode = Circuit

Transfer Rate = 64 kbit/s

Channel ID i = 0xA98382

Exclusive, Channel 2

Calling Party Number i = 0x21A0, N/A

Plan:ISDN, Type:National

Called Party Number i = 0x80, '1064'

Plan:Unknown, Type:Unknown

*Aug 3 19:31:24.557: ISDN Se0/0/0:23 Q931: TX -> CALL_PROC pd = 8 callref = 0x

8096

Channel ID i = 0xA98382

Exclusive, Channel 2

*Aug 3 19:31:24.557: ISDN Se0/0/0:23 Q931: TX -> ALERTING pd = 8 callref = 0x8

096

Progress Ind i = 0x8088 - In-band info or appropriate now available

*Aug 3 19:31:27.513: ISDN Se0/0/0:23 Q931: RX <- DISCONNECT pd = 8 callref = 0

x0096

Cause i = 0x8290 - Normal call clearing

Does this debug point to an issue with telco configuration, or is there anything else I can do from my end?

Thanks for any input.

You're not receiving anything, the debug shows that

Calling Party Number i = 0x21A0, N/A

Plan:ISDN, Type:National

Called Party Number i = 0x80, '1064'

Plan:Unknown, Type:Unknown

Instead of N/A you should get calling number, call your Telco
