Just created a new user (without a voicemail box)in Unity Connection 7.0.2.10000-38, after the creation I tried to setup a password and received this error "Non Defined IMS Exception"

hi did you get a fix for this. We have the same error. Tried Michael's suggestion but that did not fix this.cheers, Jeff

Per TAC the only fix was a restart of the entire server. Let me know if you have any questions.

Daniel, we have a full system restart but we still have the same issue, any other suggestions appreciated.

We need "Cisco Tomcat Security" logs to troubleshoot. I guess LDAP authentication was misconfigured.

i have the same issue on my server. I cannot update the password for an voicemail user. I dont use LDAP server. Do you find Any issue ?
