I want put the CUE in offline but when I try this messages is showed:
**** The System must be ONLINE before you can go offline ***
The mode of the CUE is Steady .. any suggest?

do service-module session, check what's going on with the CUE.

Update: CUE shows regular prompt, not the offline prompt. The prompt is se-10-1-130-100#
Offline would show (offline) as part of it by default.
'offline' command displays the beforementioned message and doesn't work.
