Hello there,
I had heard a rumor that cisco had fixed it so when you look at calls in your missed calls directory you no longer had to hit Edit Dial then add the 9.
Is this true?
I have a server running UCM 7.1(2)
I saw under the device pool and gateways that you can prefix incoming calling numbers. Is that the solution?
if that just adds a 9, what if the call is long distance, how do you determine when it needs to add a 9, or a 9 1.
Any new feature that makes this easier to do in 7? or is it a future feature.
thanks for any help
Ken

We have had that feature since CUCM 3.3(4)
Check this forum for more detail info.
We have translation patterns which is not the legant workaround and our CUCM service parameter Local, LD an dinternational prefix.

I thought they had made any easier way, built into the directory somehow where you didn't have to prefix the incoming calls
