IPMA filtering down

I have configured IPMA feature on CM version 6.1.3 for about 10 users. The configuration is in place since few months and call routing happens correctly. However, we observe that the IPMA CTI route points get unregistered frequently which causes "Filtering Down" message to appear on Assistant Consoles. This happens atleast twice in 30 days. In order have IPMA up and running, we restart the "Cisco CTI Manager" and "Cisco IP Manager Assistant" feature services. This does fix the problem. However, would like to know if this a known issue with the IPMA feature or the Call Manager version. Has anyone faced similar issues? Please advise
