I have a trouble:
The logs of my ACS SE say me Internal Error, my remote agent is installed in a Windows 2003 Enterprise 64 bits
The agent remote work very well in a Active Directory 20003 of 64 bits?

Remote agent is not supported on 64 bit operating system.

You might want to try running it in Compatibility Mode, and set the mode to a 32-bit OS flavor. In explorer, right-click on the .exe, choose properties, click on compatibility, then select a 32-bit OS.
Even it works, this won't be a Cisco-supported configuration.

Hello All,
I am also having an issue with ACS for 64-bit Windows Vista. Can anyone please suggest whether there is CISCO ACS Server for 64-bit Windows Vista ?

Hi,
Unfortunately, ACS and remote agent currently does not support 64-bit systems .This is an enhancement request to have ACS supported on 64-bit systems.
A fix will be forthcoming and is planned for the ACS 4.2.1 Release. This will be available in mid of oct.
