IPCC Express - supervisor can't monitor agents

Hi Guys,

We have a Customer with version 5.0 and the Supervisor stop monitor agent's. We verify the version and are all the same (Matrix), the services are working. Where can start the troubleshooting?



I have this problem too.

Please elaborate what do you mean by monitor.

Are the agents showing in the supervisors screen? or can't you silent monitor an agent ?

Hi Nicolas,

We solved the problem. There were difference software version between Supervisor, Agent, IPCC and too install again poinstall in the machine. After this action the problem was solved.
