Translation Pattern Question

Let' say a site supports both 7 and 10 digit dialing for local calls.

If you have two translations patterns:

9.[2-9]xxxxxx

9.321[2-9]xxxxxx (321 is the NPA)

Let's say you dial 9.321.543.1213

Which translation pattern would be used first? The 7 digit xlate or 10 digit xlate? The urgent pointer is enabled on both xlate patterns. Both would be matched!! Thanks!

In this case since they work like dial-peers you'll always end up using the 7 digit since it matches before

You would need to add a ! or a + at the end of the 7 digit so you can match 10 digits
