We are running CUCM 6.1.3 connected to Unity 5.0. We have recently installed a SIP Voice contact portal where you ask for the person by name. All works well unless you ask for a persons voicemail. If you as a user have a voicemail box, and dial into the portal to ask to leave a voicemail for a user, the portal puts your call through to the Unity and you get invalid user ID. If however you are a cucm user without a voicemail box on unity, and you ask for a user with v/m via the portal, the call completes succesfully.
