IPCC Enterprise CallManager Upgrade

Hi all,

We have deployed IPCC Enterprise v. 7.2 using CallManager 6.0(1).

We are planning to upgrade CallManager to 6.1

What is the impact of such action?

What are the IPCC components that are impacted and should be upgraded?

What is the best action plan and procedure to make this upgrade?

No problem. Little impact. You should get to 6.1(3a).

You only affect the jgw process that the EAGENT PIM talks to, and although the JTAPI from 6.0(1) would probably work fine, you should download the JTAPI from the new CUCM and update the JTAPI gateway.
