Hi
I have a requirement for a Host(1.1.1.1/32) in production environment to talk to production (1.1.1.0/24) and test(1.1.1.0/24) with same ip addresses and hostnames.IS it possible to achieve this setup ?

Sure, you can NAT to your lab network. Hopefully your production network and lab network are separated by a firewall. I would NAT at that point.
