Is CSA (version 6.0.1.106) compatible with 64 bit Windows OS?

Hello,

My client recently upgraded their CSA to version (6.0.1.106). They are having issues installing CSA on their 64 bit windows operating systems.

My question is that does CSA version (6.0.1.106) support 64 bit OS?

Do you know if we are developing a CSA client for 64 bit operating systems and when that might be released?

My client is planning to purchase some machines and might go for 64 bit Windows OS if we have CSA clients supporting 64 bit in future.

Hi Keval,

As some people in the forum have pointed out Cisco *may* be in the process of developing a 64-bit version, but Cisco policy is to not comment on unreleased versions publicly. You'll have to check in with the product team for roadmap information (I'll send you some contact information separately.)
