Public Access IP Phones

Greetings -

We are running CUCM v6.1 in a single-site topology. We have several "hot spots" where we need to place a wired public access phone (7911G).

My plan was to create a separate partition along with separate CSSs for these particular phones. Also, I was planning on creating separate route patterns so that I could implement FAC for these particular phones.

Just wondering if I am going about this the correct way. Would there be something better in the way of implementing.

Any feedback would be appreciated. Thx.

You are on the right way.

I just wanted to make sure that I was going about it the right and that there was not a better or more efficient way of implementing.
