hemos presentado dificultades con la telefonia Cisco IP Phone 7940 series ya que llegan llamados entrecortados o ruido, se ha revisado red, enlace, proveedor telefónico y electrico y falla se produce solo para la persona que recibe el llamado desde el otro lado (quien llama)no presenta dificultades, alguna sugerencia, firmware, configuracion, etc?

Hola, te invito por favor a usar el ingles en este forum, asi' que mas personas podran entender y ayudarte, de todas mander tenes que aclarar que tipo de lineas tenes.
