dial during call handler greeting

Unity 5.x

When a caller dials an extension during the greeting the caller is sent to the subscriber's greeting. How do I make the call go to the subscribers extension and ring the phone?

In Unity SA, go to Subscribers > Call Transfer. Change "Transfer incoming calls to a phone?" to "Yes, ring extension for" or "Yes, ring this extension". You can also configure this at the Subscriber Template level to apply to newly created subscribers or use Bulk Edit to edit a group of existing subscribers.

Thanks - I was looking at the Call Handler trying to find a setting to control this.
