Supervisor Cannot View Agents CRA 5

Supervisor Monitor window showing blank, no agent can be viewed.

I have this problem too.

Are there any Firewalls between the agents, supervisor or CRS server? If yes disable it.

If this is Enterprise then check that you added the distributer DB to CCM PG in PG explorer

Also from the same window make sure that the DB is enabled
