Has anyone ran across a whitepaper that discussed how to get a SIP Trunk with TLS configured for a CUCM and E2K7 integration?

Getting to understand topics like which certificates get exported/imported and where, how to setup the Security Profile for SIP trunk, and the SIP trunk setup itself are a challenging find on CCO.

I have tried to work with these two articles and apply the infromation contained within so far, but cannot get a successful integration:
