Hi,
I have CCM 6.1.2..Whenever i do "Call-Forward" from an IP Phone it works as per my requirement like if the user has LANDLINE calling privilege, then he/she can forwards it to the landline....
But the problem i am facing is: after a period of time (nearly 40-45 minutes) i find the Call Forwarding Option in the IP phone goes disabled & the phone display shows normal...then again i can forward the call......can someone help me in this!!
