Attendant console doesn't update phone status

The problem is that the AC doesn't show the status of each phone up to date. I can see when the line is busy and when it is free again but I cannot see every call diversion and I cannot see when it is taken out again. I've given the AC users and pilot points all permissions without success. I wonder now how often it is being updated or if there are parameters which control the timeframes between updates.
