DFM stops to send nitifications mail (LMS 2.6-DFM 2.0.11)

Hi,

We have LMS 2.6 with DFM 2.0.11 running on Window server. I have set up e-mail notification for all of DFM events. This was working for a certain time (a couple of weeks), then stops working now. New alert events can be found in "Alerts and Activities" and "Fault History", but no e-mail have been received. We also have RME 4.0.5, it works fine to send mail for syslog change.

I think the possible workaround is to reboot LMS server (but not sure).

If anyone knows that this is a known problem for DFM 2.0.11, pls let me know.

If you can provide me any possible clue, such as the ticket num and possible old conversations, any patch to fix it, any workaround, that would be a great help.

This is CSCso28593. It is fixed in DFM 2.0.12 and higher. I recommend you move to DFM 2.0.13.

This is CSCso28593. It is fixed in DFM 2.0.12 and higher. I recommend you move to DFM 2.0.13.
