Can someone confirm the following is correct:

ESW-520 Series (10/100) - Total No. of ports = 24 / 48 + 4 Expansion Ports:

i.e.

Cisco ESW-520-24 - 24 + 4 = 28 Ports in Total
Cisco ESW-520-48 - 48 + 4 = 52 Ports in Total
Cisco ESW-520-24P - 24 + 4 = 28 Ports in Total
Cisco ESW-520-48P - 48 + 4 = 52 Ports in Total

ESW-540 Series (10/100/100) - Total No. of ports = 24 / 48 including Expansion Ports:

i.e.

Cisco ESW-540-24 = 24 Ports  in Total
Cisco ESW-540-48 = 48 Ports in Total
Cisco ESW-540-24P = 24 Ports  in Total

The available documentation could lead you to believe the expansion ports on the 540 series switches are in addition to the 24 / 48 ports but I do not think this is the case and that the figures above are correct ?

Thanks,

Phil

The below statement is accurate - the last 2 ports on each row on the ESW-540 switches are the expansion / uplink ports that map to the SFP ports.
