RTMT Err

Hi,


We have a CUCM 6.1 setup with 1 pub+ 1 sub, and oflately I have discovered that I can't run RTMT from my workstation.


I have uninstalled and installed the RTMT and Jave from my machine yet nothing seems to be resolving this issue.



I have attached the screenshot for this err message.


Any help would be appreciated on the aspect.

Using wrong account in RTMT gives java.util.MissingResourceException.


Symptom:

When logging into RTMT getting error message "java.util.MissingResourceException: Can't find bundle for base name org.apache.xerces.msg.XMLMessages, locale en_US". Locale version will depend on locale of the client.


Conditions:

Connecting to CallManager 6.1(2)


Workaround:

Wrong account was used. Use the same account as used to access the CCMAdmin pages. Not the platform account.
