GUI problem after updating CCA to 2.0

To whom it may concern,

here is the problem: I have updated CCA to 2.0 and now I cant delete obsolete/unnecessary lines in the Voice configuration list. When trying to access the list the device is I get a prompt saying that it is "reading from the device"  butit gets stuckafter having read 73%.

Question: How do I reset the device using CLI? When I tried to do it using CCA I got a message that the "minimum requirements for resetting is not met".

To reset the UC 520 to factory default using the CLI, follow the steps outlined in First look labs. Look at Appendix A (version 1.3 of labs) for an example:

Also, make sure you are using a supported bundle.

Once you factory reset, I encourage you to connect CCA and do an upgrade to the supported bundle and do check the box to "auto format flash".
