Problems with ASA 5510

My ASA 5510 have 5 light (Power, Status, active, VPN and flash) whan I turn on the ASA, the Power light is off, the active and status are in red adn VPN in green. Could you tell me, What can I do?

If there is nothing on the console ,it's best to open a TAC case.

The status light having an amber condition indicates that there's a problem, but it also says that an off power light means no power.


Verify that you have a good cable and a good power source by trying to take it somewhere else in your building, and other than that submit a tac case.
