Hi,
I want to block some users calling any offnet calls, only on-net calls can be done..
Can some one help me with a single pattern that can solve this issue...I currently achieved this using multiple Route Patterns...
I want to block: 900!, 905! & 90[2-9]...I tried applying this but not working properly...

Assign your route patterns different partitions and give the users' phones a calling search space with access to only the internal partition(s).
Hope this helps.

You can use line and device CSS and partitions. Device CSS will have access to all patterns and line CSS will have access to some blocked patterns. You can create groups will special access to patterns. For example internal only, long distance etc. CSS logic will take first line and then device into account.
