Blocking outside calls

Is it possable to block some outside numbers in callmanager 7?

We sometimes get quite a few "car warranty" and other types of spam phone calls

What about blocking patterens in CUCM? IMO you can block any number you want, range of numbers as you can create pattern and block it. Outgoing calls ofc.

Edit: Ok he talks about incoming calls probably. ;)
