Dear NetPros,

I would like to know if you can help me with the issue we are facing.

Two months ago we used a temporary license for a CCX 7 server. Few days after we a new valid license file has been added.

Even though the server is working ok we are getting the message below each time we are logged in the CCX administration page:

“One or more temporary license has expired. The corresponding features would become unusable.”

Is there a way to remove the temporary license and avoid this message?

Where can I find this lic file uploaded on the server and how can I remove it?

Thanks,

Elias

Licenses can be removed using the CET tool. CET is intended for TAC use only; however, we have covered this procedure on the forum before. Run a search for it if you want to attempt yourself. I would strongly recommend that you confirm a valid backup before using CET.
